Tips: Keep Your Brain Healthy

Our brain does have a limit – and to keep it fresh, it is wise to have some recreational activities, exercise and sport. This helps blood flow to the brain and is also healthy for us – playing gadget games, for example, does not rest our brain but overburdens it.


Other fun activities include spending time with our loved ones, walking, listening to music. Too much time in front of the TV can make us, and our brain lazy, therefore stifling creativity and accuracy. We also need to take care of ourselves nutritionally, especially making time to eat a nutritious breakfast at the beginning of our working day. Also be sure to get enough rest, and a good night’s sleep – if the body is tired, concentration and brainpower decreases.
